As an owner of three properties, I had requested a couple of other agents to contact me about my plans to sell all of them with neither agent bothering to following up. I then searched for another agent on the computer and found Joanne who was easily accessible as she had her telephone contact details available. When I first listed the first property at 21 Kowhai Court, Katikati it wasn't in a fit state to start marketing but as soon as the tenants vacated Joanne had the first open home she secured an offer that day for the full listing price. Which I was pleasantly surprised about.
Once this completed then I listed 122 Park Road, Katikati with her and again the tenants didn't make it easy. Joanne wasn't phased and worked with them to enable the property to be open homed. After one such open home I ended up with multiple offers going over and above the listed price. Which was an incredible surprise.
Lastly was the sale of 14a MacMillan Street, which also ended up with multiple offers taking the price just over the marketed price. So all and all I have ended up with more than I was expecting.
Joanne has also been involved with my purchase out of the area which took a whole day out of her busy schedule to take me there.
